Stop by any time October 17th until October 31st, 2026 to check out the creativity on display around Hutchinson Square in the heart of Summerville.
Scarecrows are created by Businesses, Civic Groups, Individuals and Schools. Remember to vote for your favorite Scarecrow!
Proceeds support JSL of Summerville’s School Supply Fund for Dorchester School Districts 2 and 4. If your school or group is interested in displaying a scarecrow, email scarecrows@jslsummerville.com

Grab your Christmas pajamas and join the Junior Service League of Summerville as we host Jolly Old Saint Nicholas for our 6th annual PJs With Santa!
The fun will take place in Hutchinson Square on Saturday, December 5th, 2026. Children will have the opportunity to whisper their wishes to Santa while parents capture the moment with their cameras.
